I bought the Perfectly Snug mattress topper with some hesitation. Honestly, I didn’t really believe it would work as well as advertised. But knowing that I could return it if I wasn’t 100% satisfied convinced me to give it a try.

Wow—this thing actually works! At low to medium cooling levels, I can’t hear any fan noise at all. At higher levels, yes, the fan becomes noticeable, but to be fair, those settings are only needed for short periods of time.

Since I started using it, I sleep so much better. No more tossing off the covers in the middle of the night to cool down.

Sure, it’s pricey—but what price can you put on quality sleep? I use it every single night, and for me, it’s absolutely worth it.

We love our topper! Both my husband and I are sleeping so much better. He prefers warmth, and I crank the cool. My Fitbit has recorded more deep sleep this past month than ever before. Customer service is fantastic with this company as well. We're considering picking up additional units for our son, and camper.

Absolutely lived up to everything that they promoted on their sales ADS., it is expensive, but absolutely worth the money. We love to travel, but now we can't wait to get home. Easy to install, and it did not take us but 2 nights to decide that we would not be returning it.

As someone who has struggled with getting more than 6 hrs of sleep a night, I have explored many options to help me sleep. Light blocking glasses, sleep supplements, etc and not a one has helped me fall asleep as consistently and easily as this cooling cover has. I love how it helps me cool down and stay asleep without paying the higher prices and subscription fees that many others charge. Great product

I have been using the Perfectly Snug topper for about 6 weeks and love it. I am an extremely hot sleeper who used to suffer all summer. With the Perfectly Snug topper, I am so much more comfortable all night. I don't wake up as often and never wake up sweating.

It is set to run at level -7 for the first hour I am in bed. This allows me to begin the night comfortably. After an hour, it is set to -6 until I get up. I could probably keep it at -7 or higher all night but my husband will not tolerate the fan noise above -6. (I go to bed long before he does.)

Speaking of the fan noise, it gets louder as you select higher numbers for cooling. I can tolerate it up to -10 but, as I mentioned, not my husband. (He does not want a topper. He does not get hot at night.)

The sensors appear to work quite well overnight. They keep me comfortable - never too cool or too warm.

The app is fine. It is very simple and connects to the topper easily. I found it works well to set the topper the way you want it to function.

The support team is wonderful. I asked several questions prior to purchase and after it arrived. Everyone was super nice and helpful.

We’ve been with our dual zone king topper for 30 nights, and even our cat has returned to sleeping on the cooled summertime bed. Love the ability to program each side (and shut one side off when one of us is out of town), manually adjust without the app in the middle of the night, and the added just right firm softness of the topper for comfort. The sound of airflow is noticed at higher air zones, that blends into a white noise that disappears at the mid-low zones. Especially appreciate the sleek appearance and ease of set up - just plug in…no obtrusive hoses, no water tanks, so far, no maintenance! Pricey, yes, but compared to the competition, highly recommended.

I used to wake up soaked every morning very early. I haven’t been sweaty in bed since I installed Perfectly Snug. My sleep is not longer interrupted.

I ordered the dual zone topper a month ago and started sleeping better from the first night using level 3. It's lovely to slip under cooled sheets; no more hot and fitful nights and related leg pain.

The perfectly snug topper was our choice because it works standalone and had a wide variety of sizes to fit our bed. The topper works well. I would purchase it again and recommend it to others.

This mattress topper is absolutely worth the price. I wish I would have found Perfectly Snug sooner. I’ve wasted tons of money on cooling sheets, cooling blankets, and cooling pads.
Due to certain changes in my early 40’s my body has not been regulating temp very well. I’m either freezing or sweating like crazy at night. UNTIL I BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT.
I keep the topper on cool 4 for the majority of the night, that seems to be the sweet spot for me, just enough to keep air circulating under me to stay comfortable. If I start to get hot the cold burst feature brings instant relief. And if I start to get cold I just switch over to a low heat setting and that is plenty to get me cozy again.
The topper and the app are not without their minor issues, but even with these small inconveniences, the topper is still by far the best product I have purchased to help me consistently sleep better.
PROS: IT WORKS. It is quiet. There is no weird tubing, just an electrical cord, it is not at all noticeable. The controls on the side of the topper are in a very intuitive place and easy to use. For me it is not too soft or too firm (your preferences may differ). No unpleasant smell, in fact I did not notice any kind of smell or odor at all. It does not slide around on the bed. Perfectly Snug provides some straps to keep the topper in place, but we don’t even use them. You won’t need special deep sheets. The topper is only about as thick as a foam topper. The sensors seem to notice quickly when you get out of bed and turn the fans off to save energy. We have a queen size which comes with dual zones, so my partner does not have to ride the crazy wave of my temperature whims. I can sleep under a blanket again without having to kick it off and pull it back on a dozen times.
CONS: The app is not as robust as I would like. You have the option to set three phases for the night; Start, Sleep, and Wake. The app will adjust the topper as per your duration and temp for each phase. Not a bad concept, it just does not cut it for me. I do not even use the app anymore. The fan does make noticeable noise if you have the temp on a very cool setting. It is no more than a window fan. The sensors do not seem to be as good at detecting when I am hot as compared to how well they function to turn the fans down or off. Occasionally I do still wake up hot, but adjusting the topper is easy and I can fall back to sleep quickly. My perception is that if I lay in one spot for an extended period of time, the topper compresses under me and becomes less effective at circulating air under my body (I weigh 130 lbs). Even so, I find myself shifting around significantly less than before I got the topper. If I sleep on my side I do sweat at the back of my knees, the topper is not a miracle and if I have my legs stacked, they will get sweaty. More of a me problem and easily solved with a leg pillow.
Overall this product is well worth the price. I am sleeping much better now, and when I do have to wake up to make adjustments, it is easy to do so and the topper adjusts quickly. I’m comfy and back to sleep in no time. If you are struggling with temperature regulation and losing sleep, do yourself a favor; just buy it!

Very effective and reasonably easy to use. I get migraines largely from overheating at night, and this cut their frequency in ~half.

Always to hot between my back and the mattress. This keeps me cool and comfy. It's basically magic.

I am writing this while lying on my Perfect Snug topper. It is expensive but I think it is worth it. I have been showing it off to family and friends, some of whom are poised to follow my lead by owning one. I use to be a ‘hot’ sleeper, waking then moving away from accumulated heat again and again. No longer an issue, I am loving this.

I sleep very hot and have looked for a couple of years for soltutions. My daughter raves about a cooling pad with water, but I just wasn't comfortable with going that route. I'm very happy with my Perfectly Snug. Set up was super easy and the app works fine , too. I have the pad on my half of the bed and there is no shifting, and it doesn't bother my husband. The fan is noisy on higher levels (which I need), but I sleep with white noise machine and that pretty much overrides the fan noise. With the mattress topper on, I am able to sleep with a sheet and light blanket. I have used the burst a few times for hot flashes and it helps so much. I am definitely sleeping much better this Summer than I have past summers. I'm a side sleeper and the topper has made my bed firmer, but once I got used it that hasn't been a problem. The side controls are easy to adjust if you are too cold or hot during the night. Overall, I am very satisfied with the topper .

We have been on the road for a solution to my wife’s and my desire for cooler/warmer sleeping environments. Water based products worked well but often leaked. One airflow based product requires purchasing a special top sheet for maximum effectiveness. Both of these systems have control units that must be attached to tubing and therefore sit at the head or foot of the bed, unless they can fit under.Then we heard about Perfectly Snug and, while not inexpensive, decided to give it a try. Perfectly Snug has only a few wires that connect to an outlet or power strip at the head of the bed - noting to see. And wow, were we impressed and ease of use! Have only had it for a month or so but we’re very pleased!

I can not say enough good things about this topper. Its design is brilliant and it works!! I was getting very discouraged about being so hot and sweaty at night, even after getting special sheets and cooling foam toppers that were supposed to keep me cool. The Perfectly Snug topper does keep me cool and comfortable, I appreciate how easy it is to use the ap and adjust air flow during the night. The fans can sound loud in a perfectly quiet room, but they are more like white noise. At lower levels I can hardly hear them, but at level 5 and above they are more noticeable.
I’m sure the heating effect will also be wonderful but for now during the summer the cooling effects are magnificent.

I was initially skeptical this would make a difference without water cooling features like competition. However, the reviews on others scared me (plus the space factor for the tanks) and WOW am I glad they did. The cooling features here are perfect, easy to set up, and don’t have to worry about any water leaks. Highly recommend to anyone considering.

I was having issues with night sweats. It's too hot and removed the cover and it's gets too cold. My husband knew my frustration and restless nights. So, he searched online for several items to bring his wife some rest and comfort. (thank you) I chose Perfectly Snug because it was simply, not loud nose and very convenient. The controls are very easy to use; the noise level sounds just like when I had the fan on. It cools for bed very fast and keeps it cool as long as the unit is going. I am able to set the timer to cut on/off at certain times. My concern was the topper will make my deb uncomfortable, but it did not. I sleep very well and no longer have night sweats. When I start to feel the heat coming on, I turn on the topper and set the coolness to where I want it and the topper does the rest. I highly recommend this. On those cold nights you can switch the topper to warm the bed us a well.

This has been a game changer! The amount of support and comfort the topper provides is amazing plus the cooling is even better. I live in Las Vegas and work nights, trying to keep the house cool while I sleep during the day is hard. This has made sleeping when it’s over 100 degrees out so much better. What you get for the price point I think is worth it and much more reasonable than competitors. I wish the app was better/ more user friendly. It automatically sets for 8 hours when I normally sleep less than that, I wish I could manually put an end time more easily. I also wish it could be controlled remotely. When I’m working my husband doesn’t always remember to turn it on and wakes up hot and miserable in the middle of the night. Or a way to train my husband better lol. Overall, great purchase.

Cooling was as advertised, even in Texas summer. EXcellent customer service. Well run and great company.

Sleeping way better

In a sleep deprived state, I went searching for something to help my issues with hot sleeping that was keeping me awake all night long! After looking through options that weren't ideal, I found this. It accommodated my adjustable bed and had warming options (for my cold feet). It was simple and not intrusive. I was comforted by the return window, if I deemed it not worth the expense. I ended up ordering the wrong side and then decided I needed it faster. The customer service is insane! They responded immediately upon open business hours (yes, I was watching the clock) and had it at my door the next day! From the first night, I have slept better than I have in over a decade. The side buttons are super helpful, when my preprogrammed settings aren't predicting my temperatures accurately. I find it comfortable and amazing. It's not 100% perfect (the app is great, but not amazing), but it's so close! Again, the customer service was so impressive and helpful (like when I asked about HSA stuff after purchasing). Obviously, I recommend the dang thing.

I have tried various mattress toppers that claim to be cooling. Fun fact: Memory foam / gel cooling - actually makes me hotter than cooler. This was a hail mary purchase for me and the return policy made it easier to justify the price. First night, I turned it on and could not believe that not only did it cool me IMMEDIATELY, but that there are TEN cool-cold settings and 10 warm-hot settings. I normally would get up in the night just to let the mattress cool off after a few hours in. Now my bed never gets hot. If I start to warm up in the night, I just hit the button to increase cooling. The buttons are situated right by head so it's little movement needed. This thing has 2 plugs and that's all you need! I've been considering one of those BedJet systems and I'm so glad I didn't get one. The the external fan block on the floor was a huge turn-off for me with that system. If you struggle to stay cool enough or warm enough at night, get this! I can't believe the perfectly snug topper isn't a more common product on the market. All of the women I know struggle with the same issue and while there are not many products in the market that address the problem, most simply don't work. Let me be clear, THIS WORKS. I've been sleeping cool for a few months with this topper.
