My husband and I live in an old stone farmhouse without central air conditioning. Our bedroom is located on the second floor where there isn’t any duct work whatsoever, so even installing central a/c would not help/ benefit our bedroom. I became interested in this cooling mattress topper when i saw it on an episode of Dragon’s Den. I subsequently did some research on cooling mattress toppers, and eventually took the plunge and invested in the Perfectly Snug. I was hopeful, but unsure as to whether this product would deliver. Not being technologically savvy, the initial set up and use was a bit of a learning curve. I was so happy and relieved when I emailed with my questions, that I promptly received a reply and helpful assistance from a thoughtful customer service representative. Their ongoing assistance made my first few days and weeks using the Perfectly Snug so much more enjoyable. I can now operate my topper with confidence, and change the settings with ease to ensure maximum comfort depending on the weather. So far, this mattress topper has proven to be a great alternative for us, who were/ are otherwise not able to have central air installed in our beloved old farmhouse!

Over the past year, several times a week,I have been waking up at the dreaded 3am and cannot go back to sleep. I've tried all the things, sleep headphones, eyemask, supplements, BedJet, some of it helped and others not so much. I was desperate and bought the Perfectly Snug not expecting that much. Boy was I wrong, it has been game changing. I am sleeping so much better and the air under you is so subtle, you hardly notice it but works. I didn't like the BedJet because it blasted cold air on your feet and didn't cover your whole body. This has breathable netting and covers your whole side of the bed. My husband wasn't keen to the idea initially but now he loves it to and its great you can have different tempatures on each side. Definitely recommend, sleep is so priceless!

I purchased this smart mattress topper almost one year ago, and I can honestly say it is a Game Changer! If you can afford one, buy it, it is an investment you will not regret. I realized after getting this that I probably hadn't slept well for almost two years. It is especially beneficial for women going through menopause. The "Cool Burst" feature is a must for any woman experiencing night sweats, it allows you to cool off and get back to sleep without fully waking up. Living in northern Canada I also appreciate the heating features, as it is so nice to crawl into a warm bed during the cold winter months. We have dual settings for the two sides of the bed, and this allows you to modify your personal sleep settings which is a must. Honestly I wasn't sure about this purchase, but after using it for almost a year it is the smartest thing I have invested in this past year. I would invest in this company if I could, and I have recommended it to all of my friends.

I have had Two Eight Sleep systems, and One Chilipad…nothing but trouble and limited warranties. Products always seemed to start having trouble just out of limited warranty or after an update. I finally came across Perfectly Snug and I have been blown away with how simple the system is, how great the cooling and heating work (and without WiFi!!) great warranty and outstanding customer service. We have had our smart topper for less than a week and so far we are both thrilled with it. Cooling for me, heating for my husband. Wow, what a game changer. The app could be easier to use- only works when you are right by the bed and connected to the topper's wifi. But once we set it up, it is working well! What a relief after years of struggle!

I’ve had my Perfectly Snug Topper for over 2 years going through 2 summers and 2 winters. I love it. I sleep hot in the summer and cold in the winter. I never wake up from being too hot anymore or unstable to fall asleep because my feet are freezing. It’s so easy to set up and controls are easy to use whether on the app or on the physical side of the bed. Don’t hesitate to buy. You won’t regret it.

Been a month now - bought a California king. I had to choose an air cooled mattress topper to go with my sleep number bed and could not be more satisfied.

Extremely happy with purchase. My only complaint is that I wish it were true WiFi (as in, if I forget to leave it on, I can turn it off from work.

I found out about the Perfectly Snug topper through Carrot, which I have through work and am using for menopause support. I decided to give it a try, and I am super happy that I did! My hot sleeping days are over! I start out cold, so I have it set at a level 1 warmth and then switch to cooling after I have fallen asleep. It works great! I did have to get used to the fan, but I don’t notice it anymore unless I wake up to go to the bathroom. With the fall weather starting, I may have it warm for a bit longer - we will see! I love that it is so easy to change the setting, either in the app or at the topper itself. We have a king bed, so my husband keeps his side off, but he may use it more during the winter. Loving our Perfectly Snug topper!
