App OS Minimum Requirements
The Perfectly Snug App requires:
- Apple iOS 13 (You'll need an iPhone 6S, iPhone 6S Plus or iPhone SE or later)
- Android 6.0.1 or later
- You must disable "Private Relay for iCloud" for the app to work if you have an iPhone
- Android 6.0.1 or later
- You must disable "Private Relay for iCloud" for the app to work if you have an iPhone
WiFi Network Compatibility
The Smart Topper is compatible with 2.4 GHz WiFi networks but not 5 GHz WiFi networks. If you have a dual band 2.4 and 5 GHz router (this is common), the Smart Topper will operate fine.
VPNs are known to interfere with connectivity between your Smart Topper, your phone and your home network. Disabling your VPN may be required to connect.
Please ensure your home network is configured as a home network and not a "guest network." Guest network configuration has added limitations that may prevent your Smart Topper from connecting.
