Now Hiring: eComm Sales and Marketing Manager

Perfectly Snug Inc. is hiring an eComm Sales & Marketing Project Manager to run our e-commerce and marketing; generating sales and brand awareness for our growing company. Perfectly Snug Inc. is a start-up located in Richmond, BC, with the mission of helping people sleep better. We have developed a high-tech bedding product that will revolutionize the sleep products industry. Our premier product, the Snug Topper, is an air-conditioned mattress topper that cools or warms depending on the sleeper’s needs; all controlled through an app. The Snug Topper launched in November 2020, and is available for sale at


Reporting to the co-founders, the eComm Sales & Marketing Project Manager position is hands-on and will require a dynamic candidate who enjoys working in various areas of the business. As an addition to our small, growing team, this position will require someone who is flexible as daily duties will change on an on-going basis to meet the demands of the business.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

 Sales and E-commerce:

  • Overall online sales strategy and implementation

  • Daily management and operations of e-commerce

  • Constructing sales initiatives to sell and move product

  • Web platform and plugin improvements

  • Implement referral programs

  • Report on and track promotions to qualify successes / capture learnings


  • Manage external support team, including: advertising, web design, social media, graphic design
  • Manage and execute annual marketing initiatives

  • Update the marketing plan to take advantage of new opportunities

  • Content Management through all channels including social (planning + day-to-day)

  • Email marketing - creating content, testing and deployment (mailchimp)

  • Come up with creative ideas to support brand growth

  • PR + Influencer management

  • Manage project timelines and budget to meet deadlines

  • Stay within budget for planned activities

Customer Relationship Management, Reporting + Administration:  

  • Customer service success

  • Supporting customer inquiries, questions, and information related to orders

  • Building in service standards as we grow

  • Reporting towards Marketing / E-commerce goals

  • Order + delivery management

Desired Experience:  

  • 3-5 years working experience in marketing, sales, ecommerce or related field

  • Ecomm / Shopify experience preferred

  • Sales / customer service experience an asset

  • Graphic design or video production skills an asset

  • Understanding of digital platforms and social media marketing
